Most of it stays on your phone. On the Free plan, nothing you keep in the app is sent anywhere. On Plus and Ultra, some features send what a request needs to an AI service, and our server does not keep it. The details are in the privacy policy.
Whendot is an iPhone app. Other platforms are not available at this time.
Shared items sync through your own Apple iCloud accounts. Our server never sees them. Sharing starts with the shopping list.
Delete items in the app and they are deleted from your phone. Your phone's own backup catches up the next time it runs. To have us delete what our server holds (your install ID, usage counters, or a debug log you sent), write to us.
No. Mail is only read if you connect a mailbox on Plus or Ultra, and only in the folders you turn on. Your phone sorts the mail first, and only mail that seems to contain a plan is sent to the AI service. Everything it finds shows up as a suggestion you accept or dismiss. Nothing is added on its own.
